Trader Joe’s Vegetable Fried Rice (vegan)

friedriceThis an easy, versatile and colorful rice dish. The edamame is a nice touch in addition to the usual green peas.

I prefer the flavor of TJ’s Japanese-style fried rice better, but this dish provides a nice neutral base that can be seasoned as you wish. Good starting point for a meal with stir fry vegetables and one of Trader Joe’s Asian-style appetizers, such as egg rolls, bird’s nests or scallion pancakes.

    Fantastic rice ..seriously!
We have well renowned Kowloon restaurant nearby but prefer this rice.
    It is super delicious.
If you like Chinese mustard as I do just put a little on and your taste buds will think you are eating high end rice.
