One of the few family size entrees at Trader Joe’s. This is really tasty and just needs a salad to become a complete meal.
Warning though, this has a lot of veggies, so it may not go over with kids as well as a typical cheesy lasagna.

I want to try it, sometimes Trader Joe’s products are amazing sometimes they are not, their products are nothing in between. But overall great products!
I disagree with the “lots of veggies” comment. The package I just opened and cooked had some cheese and a few grated carrots on top. The middle layer had ricotta cheese …in a FEW places, and the bottom layer ….. again some grated carrots and a “bit” of sauce. Found one miniscule piece of cauliflower. I basically ate one serving of thick, unappetizing noodles. I threw the rest away of the pan. VERY disappointed !!! Going back to stouffer’s vegetable lasagna. jec 1-14-19
