A treat for those who love mint. Ideally I’d like to taste vanilla, chocolate and mint, but the mint dominates the other flavors.
The ice cream is nice and creamy and the Oreo-like cookie retains a good texture. Like many Trader Joe’s mini-desserts, it’s difficult to eat just one.
